He was predeceased by: his spouse Florence "Flo"; and his siblings, Gertrude Rodd and Fred Elder. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie and Brian (Sandy); his grandchildren, Robert (Janice), Shannon (Jim), Grant, Claire (Evan), Cassie and Jake; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Reagan, Gemma, Willa and Hattie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
