He is survived by: his significant other Bev Greenberg (Baila); his stepchildren, Mark (Maria) and Jody (Mary); his grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Julia, Emma and Ally Swartz; his sister Evelyn Provis (Garry); his sibling's children, Mike, Mark Provis, Hilary, James, Joshua Dean, Holly, Katie, Megan Gerbasi, Jackie, Barbara Greenberg, Robbie and Darren Glickman; and his friends, Marty, Marjorie, Wayne, Christine, Paul, Karen, Ruth and Doug.
