He is survived by: his children, Brooke Forward and Devin Forward; the mother of his children Mary Hiley; and his siblings, Colin Forward, Guy Forward, Miles Forward, Paul Forward, Robin Forward, Jason Forward and John Forward. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
