He is survived by: his spouse Betty Aileen; his children, Cathy Shelswell (Harold) and Lynda Roe (Randall); his grandchildren, Jerald Roe (Lindsey), Nicholas Shelswell (Jodie) and Daniel Roe (Jenni); his great grandchildren, Emma, Abby, Ryan, Charlotte, Bristol, Bronson, Kate, Lucas and Cooper; and his siblings, Mary Rutherford, Marlene Morley, Arthur, Irene Quail, Elmer, Almeda Garbutt and George.

In memory of Harvey, memorial donations to the S.P.C.A. - Orillia Branch or the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
