He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carlton Cowper and June Cowper; his siblings, Bruce Cowper (Kathy) and Lynda McLeod (Peter); and his nieces and nephews, Reid, Becky Cowper, Kale, Kristin Cowper, Davin, Ruby Cowper, Tate, Kiri Cowper, Hillary and Meaghan Mcleod.
