He was predeceased by: his father Jack Milligan of Bass Lake; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his children, Sara and Joseph of Lindsay; his grandchildren, Mia and Luke; his mother Irene Milligan; and his brother Rick Milligan (Carol). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
