He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. David H. Gallagher and Ella Gallagher; and his brother Melville Gallagher (Ruth). He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Julie (Chris) and David; his grandchildren, Isaac, Adam, Olivia and Riley; and his siblings-in-law, Don Wallace (Carol), Suzanne Wallace (late Willard), Barbara Tomori and Carol Wallace (late Doug). He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
