He was predeceased by: his wife Tanya Elliott (Ross). He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Blevins; his daughter Makayla Holmes; his parents, Marilyn Elliott and Keith Elliott; his sisters, Jennifer Courtney (Shawn), Wendy Timpano (Tim) and Kim Nathan (Jordan); and his nieces and nephews, Tristen, Ty, Olivia, Will, Adyson, Shelby and Oaklie.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Jeff's name to South Lake Regional Health Centre (Cardiac Care Program) or the SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
