He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Jenni Lawrence (Greg Connor), John Lawrence (Caitlin), Rebecca van den Bosch (Paul), Kristen McGinn (Bruce) and Kim Lawrence; his grandchildren, Sebastian, Colton, Simon, Aidan, Michael, Patrick and Katie; and his caregiver Practitioner. He is also survived by his friends and family.
