He was predeceased by: his child Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Martin; his daughters, Charlotte Knegt (Leigh) and Sherry Martin; his grandchildren, Devin, Eli, Kendra, John, Robert, Courtney and Zackery; his great grandchild Amelia; and his siblings, Wayne (Debbie), Arlene Ellicott (Mike), Grant Martin (Judy), Allan MacGregor and Patsy Watkins (David).
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Diabetes Canada, Kidney Foundation of Canada or to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Foundation through the Simcoe Funeral Home.
