Joan Mary (Dodds) Elgar Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2025, Joan Mary (Dodds) Elgar (Orillia, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Joan Mary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joan Mary farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her sons, Mark, Paul (Andrea) and Neil (Morene); her granddaughters, Madeline and Kimberly; and her brother Roy Dodds.
