Joanne Marie Nicholson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Marie Nicholson of Orillia, Ontario, who passed away on September 14, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Nicholson; and her parents, Donald MacMillan and Irene MacMillan. She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Benson (Scott) and Scott Fraser (Jackie); her stepchildren, Kelly Nicholson (Al), Carolyn Hartman and Bobby Nicholson (Elise); her grandchildren, Lauren, Nicole, Erin, Mackenzie, Jordan, Owen, Abby, Aidan, Karly and Liam; her brother Hugh MacMillan (Nancy); her nieces and nephews, Kate (Kristal) and Drew (Coral); and her pet Daisy.

The family will understand if you don't come due to the Covid concerns. Due to current world events, social distancing, and wearing of face masks while in the building is mandatory.

In memory of Joanne, donations may be made to the Ontario SPCA Orillia and are greatly appreciated by the family.
