He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan; his sons, John Lahay (Cheryl Gofton) of Orillia, James and Jerrold Lahay of Orillia; his grandchildren, Ryan, Meghan, Madison, Christopher, Simon, Jason, Jessica, Jennifer, Jerrold Jr., Chrystal Ann and Aaron; his great grandchildren, Justus, Damone and Xavier; and his siblings, Bruce Lahay (Millie), Margaret Orr (Eric), Eva Lahay, Edward Lahay (Audrey) of Whitby, Bob Lahay of Orillia and Gail Schell (Ivan) of Orillia.
