He is survived by: his mother Lois Carter; his girlfriend Lynne Westerby; his siblings, Gregory Carter (Cheryl), Robert Carter, Janice Carter, Brenda Mabbett (Bill) and Brian Carter; his nieces and nephews, Michelle (Geoff), Ryan, Kelsey (Chris), Kara (Marty) and Jason (Sheri); and his great-nieces, Caleigh, Alise and Harper.
