She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Fogarty; her father Carl Sachs; and her sister-in-law Mary Milson (Jim). She is survived by: her children, Shawn (Kerri), Collin (Laura) and Chris (Heather); her grandchildren, Randi, Trent, Emma, Jason, Pollux and Isaac; her sisters, Michelle Sachs (Micky) and Cindy Blackett; her siblings-in-law, Ray Fogarty (Evelyn) and Shannon Page (Chris); her mother Clarice Sachs; and her father-in-law Tom Fogarty of Pt. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
The family has requested that all guests please wear a mask.
