He was predeceased by: his sibling Shawn; and his grandparents, Jack, Shirley Sedore, Alvin Cleaveley and Marie Cleaveley.
He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Cleaveley and Dale Cleaveley; his sibling Ashley (Brett); his aunts and uncles, Dale (Donna), Alan, Susan (Shawn), Alex (Lisa) and Cecil (Kelly); and his cousins, Chris, Derek, Montana, Camillia, Travis, Sheldon, Seth, Zackery, Colten, Makenna, Jaden, Micheal and Haley.
