He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ainsworth and Eva Ainsworth. He is survived by: his spouse Paula; his children, David, Geoffrey and Nicole; his grandchild Dylan; and his siblings-in-law, Frans Visser, Cathy Visser, Gilles Cornelisse (late Ria) and Lyla Cornelisse.
