He was predeceased by: his wife Clara "Edith"; and his siblings, Walter (Velma), Jonathon (Gladys), Gordon (Mildred), George (Marjorie), Lillian (Richard), Alvin, Amos, Phoebee, Thomas and Ira.
He is survived by: his children, Edward (Sherri), Cindy Robertson (Scott), Wesley (Debbie), Carol McDonald (Bert) and Wade; his grandchildren, Melanie, Mandy, Heidi, Sylver, Nathan (Tashyna), Lucas (Melissa), Melissa (Matt), Stacy, Trevor (Jessica), Makayla, Hayden, Marissa (Alex), Brittany, Owen and Clara; and his great grandchildren, Damen, Abbey, Hannah, Emma, Nathan, Ethan and Remi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews' family, and friends.
As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke foundation, Diabetes Canada, or to the Canadian Lung Association.
