He is survived by: his children, Linda Appel (Larry), Stratford, Terry Richard (Mike), Orillia and Marty Slezak (Martha); his grandchildren, Neal Chapman (Michelle), Brock Appel (Lisa), Reid Appel, Kim Chapman, Andres Slezak (Katt), Stefano Slezak and Simonne Slezak (Liam); his great grandchildren, Quinn, Ayva, Niamh, Bella, Amelia, Vivienne and Amellya; and his friend Deloris.
