It is with great sadness that we announce the death of May Lila Adeline (Macdonald) Chisholm (Orillia, Ontario), who passed away on September 2, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father George Macdonald. She is survived by: her husband Dean; her children, Tyler (Elsa), Brittany Boyer (Brad) and Adam; her grandchildren, Aleena Chisholm, Emmet Chisholm, Waylon Boyer, Henry Boyer and Elyssa Boyer; her mother Lila Beemer; and her siblings, Reginald Macdonald (Eileen), Howard Macdonald (Rachael), Faye Macdonald (Bill Burgess) and Raymond MacDonald (Arlene Black). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the L. Doolittle Chapel (54 Coldwater St E, Orillia, ON L3V1W5). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Sadowa United Church Cemetery.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society directed to Ovarian Cancer.
