He is survived by: his children, Christopher, Biz and Andrew Hayes; his grandchildren, Mallarie, Nakita, Heidi, Michael, Eiley and Levon; his great grandchild Jamie; his siblings, Paul, Peter and Pam; his siblings-in-law, Barb, Jim, Myrna and Dorothy; his friend Jack Reid; Mike. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
