He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Senior and Blake Payne Senior. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Tia Payne; and his siblings, Dorry Payne (Kim), Derrick Payne (Ruby) and Blake Payne (Jackie). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family and the many friends.
