She was predeceased by: her husband Allan Emond; her sisters, Margaret Heels and Edna Hartwell; and her parents, Louisa Wallace and George Jamieson.

She is survived by: her sons, David (Brenda) of Calgary, Douglas of Ottawa and Steven (Maureen) of Calgary; her grandchildren, Matthew, Patrick, Jennifer and Caitlin (Jared Forbes); and her great grandchildren, Leighton and Jamieson Forbes.
