He was predeceased by: his wife Melanie Forward; and his parents, Colin Forward and Betty Forward. He is survived by: his children, Sam and Molly Forward (Tamara Rae); and his siblings, Colin, Guy, Miles, Johnny, Harry, Robin and Jason.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Mundells Funeral Home (79 West Street N, Orillia, ON L3V5C1).
