He was predeceased by: his parents, Percival Charles Noy and Jean Noy; his stepmother Dora Noy; and his siblings, Marilyn Glanville (Cecil) and Peter Noy.

He is survived by: his spouse Carole; his children, Laura Nolan, Dianne Mann (John-Paul) and Charles Lee; and his grandchildren, Olivia Nolan, Brenden Mann and Alycia Shilling.
