He was predeceased by: his grandchild Courtney. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Cuttell and Cheryl Fox; his grandchildren, Kelly and Krystal; and his siblings, Betty, Jean, Dorothy, Sharon, Sandra and Billy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
