He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil MacKenzie and Katherine MacKenzie; and his brother Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela Monaco, Phyllis Barnes (Peter), Russell (Linda Cowie), Ruth MacKenzie and Charles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
