He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Elliot Johnston (Uren) and Dr. William Sanders Johnston; and his sister Penny Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Wendy (Wilkins); his children, Andrew Johnston, Beth Kudar (Tyler) and Mary Johnston (John MacDonald); his grandchildren, Calvin, Claire and Henry; and his brother Ian Johnston (Marilyn).
