With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Stephen Laverdiere (Orillia, Ontario), who passed away on March 8, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley Laverdiere; his children, Nicolette, Mark, John, Bev and Sherry; his grandchildren, Nicole, Victoria, Brad, Ellie, Tor, Olivia, Gabby, Josh, Brendan, Kaden, Quinlan and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Amaya, Isabella, Easton and Cayleigh. He was also cherished by his family and friends.

As an expression of sympathy donations are welcome to be made to Mariposa House Hospice.
