He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Gauldie and Euphemia Gauldie; his brother Jack Gauldie (Sally); his spouse Lynn Murray; his daughters, Kate (Daniel) and Amy; and his grandchildren, Sam, Matthew, Hannah and Gordie.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mundell Funeral Home (79 West Street N, Orillia, ON L3V5C1). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
