He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Milliard and Stella Milliard. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his sons, Michael (Izabela) of Oro Medonte, Matthew (Beth) of Severn, Andrew (Shannon) of Barrie and Daniel (Trista) of Innisfil; and his brother George of Latchford. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
