He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Stephens and Oliver Stephens; his sister Grace Pellow (James); and his brother-in-law David Rapson. He is survived by: his children, Tess Stephens, Sandy Stephens and Rob Stephens; his grandchildren, Jason Ebert, Seth Stephens, Anna Stephens, Brayden Stephens, Benjamin Stephens and Tiessa Stephens; and his siblings, Judith Rapson (late David) of Orillia, ON and Donald Stephens (Alice) of Ajax, ON.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
