He is survived by: his cousin Ryan Johnathon Booth; his parents, Shelley Booth and Ken Booth; his sister Jodi Booth MacPherson; his brother-in-law John MacPherson; his grandmothers, Lynn Boyer and Louise Booth; and his little bro Brighton. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
