She is survived by: her daughters, Ronda Forsyth (Andy Coburn) and Janis Boltman-Hall (Garry Hall); her granddaughter Katherine Hart; her siblings, Bill Belzun (Sue) and Jan Belzun; and her cousins, Kathy and Kim Martin.
