She was predeceased by: her parents, Parnell O'Neill and Helen O'Neill. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Bogardis; her children, Sara Ray (Adam Ray), Gordon Ray, Lyndsey Bogardis, Amelia Bsharat, Bradley Bogardis, Clara Bogardis and Briar Bogardis; her siblings, Darlene (John), Rosanne, Bob (Heather), Donna (Alan), Eileen (Kirk) and Patrick (Michelle); and her siblings-in-law, Jim (Susan), Bob and Joanne. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendrier St. Luke's Church (340 St Lukes Rd, Kawartha Lakes, ON K9V4R5).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shirley's memory to the Alzheimer Society or Mariposa House Hospice and may be made through the Mundell Funeral Home.
