He was predeceased by: his brother Adam Makins; and his grandparents, George, Mary Makins, Charles and Helen Sheppard.
He is survived by: his parents, John Makins (Kathy Savage) and Cheryl Stubbings (Kevin); his siblings, Allan Makins (Barbara), Tina Stubbings (Adam Pinn), Whitney Stubbings, Clint Pagan (Tara) and Josh Pagan (Stephanie); and his nieces and nephews, Madason, Liam, Evan, Lily, Julian and Jack.
