He was predeceased by: his brother Mike Ruttan (Debbie); his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Michelle, Pamela and Joe Ruttan; his nephew Jeff Ruttan (Petra); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Susan, Randy, Jeff and Amber; his parents, Preston Ruttan and Delerine Ruttan; and also Marty (Delia).
He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Peter Preston Ruttan (Karol), Page Ashley Ruttan-Ganton (Ryan Ganton) and Dawn Delerine Ivy Ruttan (Cody Allan); his grandchildren, Preston, Sarah Ruttan, Lillian and Parker Ganton; his sister Connie Wood (Gary); his nephew Timmy; and his siblings, Dorothy Ruttan (Randy) and David Ruttan (Anna).
