He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Schell; his children, Cory Hammond (Anita D'Hondt) of Kitchener, Katrina Hammond (Mark Bartlett) of Brantford and Ashley Hammond of Orillia, Ontario.; his siblings, Theresa Jhonson (Dave Jhonson) of Kitchener, Judy Tanyi (Scott Tanyi) and Beverly Hammond of Kitchener, Ontario.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrea Hammond of Huntsville, Dakota Morris of Brantford, Adrian Hammond of Huntsville, Brittany, Shelby, Adam, Darren and Cody; his great grandchild Justin D'Hondt (Cassie D'Hondt) of Kingston, Ontario; and his grandchildren, Kellie Demers (Robert Skuce) of Kitchener, Ontario, Braeden Hammond of Kitchener and Avery D'Hondt of Kitchener.
