He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph John and Christina Margaret Hehn; his parents-in-law, Myrtle and Richard Bowlen; and his brother Rudolph (Dorothy) of Rostock.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hehn; his children, David of Toronto, James, Lily of Dubai, UAE and Sarah of Orillia; his sisters, Stella (late Al) of Kitchener and Sydney; his brother-in-law Ken Dyck of Toronto; his nephew Christopher van Dyck (Terri) of Kitchner; and his niece Julia Dyck of Toronto.
The family are very grateful for the care he received from both institutions and would suggest that donations be made to either the Orillia and Area Physician Recruitment and Retention Committee c/o OSMH Foundation , or Trillium Manor in his name.
