He was predeceased by: his wife Marianne. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Karine; his stepgrandchild Jordan; and his siblings, Mary Nicol of South Carolina, Joseph Nicol (Jill) of England, Carol Hopkins (Keith) of England and Eleanor Bell (William) of Scotland.
