She was predeceased by: her brother Paul Güdel. She is survived by: her siblings, Hansruedi Güdel, Lisbeth Oberlin Güdel and Julia Graf Güdel; her husband J. Murray Cameron; her daughter Christa Cameron; her grandson Cameron Hunter; and her friend Pat Foster of Owen Sound. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to organizations close to her heart are a lovely way to remember Vreni. The Ontario SPCA, (Orillia Branch), Therapeutic Paws of Canada, and the Centre for Equitable Library Access - "CELA" or a charity of one's own choice.
