She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Forsythe and Elta Forsythe; her husband Allan Tambling; and her siblings, Jim Forsythe (Arlene) and Jessie Loshaw (Leonard).
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Malik (Jon) and Kevin Goovaerts; her grandchildren, Ashley (Devin) and Michelle Malik; and her sisters, Jane Pallister (Roger), Patty Rebuk, Darlene Robson (Dan), Pauline Rogers (Paul) and Audrey Rebuk (Dave). She is also survived by her family and friends.
Donations in memory of Verna can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
