He was predeceased by : his parents, Wesley Dowswell and Ella Dowswell of Sarnia, ON.. He is survived by : his wife Alice; his children, Alison (Chris), Lynn and Miles (Paula); his grandchildren, Jenna, Amy, Carley, Alex and Trevor; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Cheyenne; his sister Cheryl Dowswell of Sarnia Ontario; his nephews, Drew (Inna), Chris and Timothy (Stephanie); his son-in-law Steve Schandlen; and his brother-in-law Gerald Myrfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Palliative Care Program at Trillium Manor in Orillia, and the Orillia Youth Centre would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be made through the Coldwater Funeral Home.
