He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn "Wes" Cotter and Darlene Cotter; his grandmothers, Patricia Armstrong (Arnold) and Sippley; his uncle Louie; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth, Bob Hubbert and Jim.
He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Brown; his son Jace; his sibling Kyle Cotter (Julie); his niece Isabella; his nephew Austin; his aunts and uncles, Laura Cotter, Jim Clarke, Tim Cotter, Rhonda Atkins (Steve), Carson Armstrong (Kim), Roxanne Armstrong, Joe Armstrong (Sherry), Wanda Hillier, Wendy Chalmers (Daryll), Carol Beard (Craig), Kim Richards (Stewart) and Linda Richards (Eldon); and his sisters-in-law, Randa and Kathy. He is also survived by his family, many friends, and coworkers.
