He was predeceased by: his brother Karl Waltz (Maryann); and his parents, Karl Waltz and Kathe Waltz. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Waltz; his children, Leesa Waltz and Laura Goggins (Shawn); his grandchildren, Kathe, Kaden and Rylan; his siblings, Eric Waltz (Shannon) and Irene Farkas (Ron); and his caregiver Will. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and many friends.
