He was predeceased by: his sisters, Marg Sanderson and Tot Craig (Elaine). He is survived by: his wife June Arens; his daughters, Angela Arens and Jane Marshall (Jeff); his granddaughters, Erika Hartog (Brian), Aren Marshall-Chen (Sandrae) and Taylor Timpf (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Marshall Timpf and Kehlani Chen. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
