He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cook and Lily Cook. He is survived by: his wife Mary Cook; his children, Lynn Brandt, Deborah Harris (Jim) and Karen Martin; his grandchildren, Tyler, Maressa (Lee), Kerry, Robyn (Jamie) and Jason; and his great grandchildren, Declan and Dallas.
