He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fell and Laurene Fell; his brother Garry; and his sibling-in-law Gaye Chattington. He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his siblings, Bryan (Gina), Bob (Kim) and Donna Plue (Priit Pallopson); and his siblings-in-law, Terry Chattington (Stella), Dianne (Barry Drew), Sandra Chattington, Robyn (Tony Cane), Harry, Dick and Reg. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mundell Funeral Home (79 West Street N, Orillia, ON L3V5C1). A memorial service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mariposa House Hospice in Bill's memory.
