He was predeceased by: his child Sean Clark. He is survived by: his spouse Bernice Clark; his children, Maureen Clark, Ian Clark (Maria) and David Clark; his grandchildren, Aliki, Katerina and Brent; his siblings, Donald, Cecil, Gloria, Vivian and Joan; and his sister-in-law Lorine Danahy.

If desired, memorial donations to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Foundation, St. David's Anglican Church, or St. James Anglican Church, Orillia would be appreciated by the family.
