He was predeceased by: his spouse Ligita; and his siblings, Zigurds Miezitis (late Solveiga) and Mara. He is survived by: his children, Ivars (Line Richard) and Mara; his grandchildren, Kaela, Tyler (Kate) and Sydney; Hulse and Playfair.
